Order Teaching Modules
Lungs Are For Life is a teaching program for
educators across Ontario. Through generous support and funding,
free teaching modules are available for all grade levels
and TAP* in english or french.
Before You Start: Your Options
When you fill out the form below, you have two
format and delivery choices:
- Instantly open free PDF versions for you to save to
your computer (Adobe Acrobat required, see below for instructions).
- Receive a free teaching module by mail (allow 3 weeks
for delivery).
Educators outside of Ontario: Fill out the form
below to instantly download free PDF versions or call 1 800 972-2636 to place a credit card order to be mailed any teaching
module for $25.00.
Modules for these Grades can be ordered and mailed to you.
* What is TAP? It is the Lungs Are for Life Community Involvement
and Teacher Advisor Program.
** Please note: The Lungs Are For Life PDFs range in size from 1.2 MB to 25 MB. They may take a few minutes to download completely depending on your internet connection.

Please note that you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open and view any
Lungs Are For Life PDF. When you download and open a PDF, you should save
it to your own computer (do this by clicking on the icon at the top left
hand corner of the Adobe toolbar.) You will be able to re-open and print
the PDF module from your computer whenever you want. (If you don't save
the PDF to your hard drive, you should print the document before you close
it you will not be able to re-open it.)
If you do not have a copy, you can download Adobe Acrobat for free by
clicking on the icon to the right.
The Lung Association may from time to time use the contact information
you have provided to update you on this and other pertinent programs and
