You're Never Alone
While our web site features valuable information, we also know that nothing will ever replace the voice of someone who cares.

Give us a call. Our three Helplines are free for people living in Ontario. When you call during regular business hours, you will speak with someone right away. You can also leave messages for a callback – 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
